Thank you for supporting original artwork by Raquel Roysdon. Each piece is created and handled with great care. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
ALL Sales Policy
Due to the unique and original nature of the artwork, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Original Artwork -
All original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces.
Returns are only accepted if:
<The artwork arrives damaged during shipping
If your original artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
>Photos of the damaged artwork
>Photos of the packaging
>Your order number
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or refund.
Prints and reproductions
Prints are eligible for replacement or refund only if they arrive damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for:
>Change of mind
>Incorrect size selection
>Slight color variations due to screen differences
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us with 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Non-Returnable items

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the unique nature of original artwork.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
After tihs period, orders cannot be cancelled.
Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display artwork colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
