PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Original Artwork
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by artist Raquel Amaral. Due to their unique nature, all sales of original artwork are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Prints and Reproductions
Prints are produced from original artwork. Slight variations in color and detail may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We strive to display colors and images of artwork as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors of the artwork.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We take great care in packaging artwork for safe delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Original Artwork
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the artwork is damaged during transit.

Prints
Prints may be eligible for return or replacement if damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Raquel Amaral and are protected by copyright laws.

The purchase of artwork does not grant the buyer the right to reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Original artworks may include a Certificate of Authenticity verifying that the piece is an original work by Raquel Roysdon.

PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws or regulations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of our website or products.

INDEMNIFICATION
